I needed to replace the plywood and felt roof of my gazebo which would have been around £400 so I gambled and thought I would try a tarpaulin instead as it was around 1/4 of the price and easier to do on my own.
I could add exact dimensions and how many eyelets etc which made it possible to create a perfect fit.
It came within a month (remember its made to order and was ship from abroad so I guess they outsource manufacturing)
We have just had two major storms in the U.K. I didn’t want to go check after the last one as a tree had blown down 3 doors away so I imagined it hadn’t survived. I have to say it looks as good as the day I put it up! I know it’s down to my workmanship 😂 but also have to give credit for the strong fabric and eyelets that stayed firm. I had a call from this company as I had asked for the corners of this cover to be reinforced. I take note of the adverse feedback which I understand but while it may turn out a disaster, the lady, Sarah, was clear about my request and the extra charge was minimal. I’m astonished at some of the poor reviews here. My experience with this company has been first rate. I ordered a custom cover from them and later realised I had put a wrong measurement in. I rang them at 6pm with little hope of an answer, but a nice lady answered and sorted the whole problem out for me over the phone. I’ve had previous covers from them and have been very happy with the quality, which stands good comparison with rival companies. I have absolutely no connection with this company, and whilst sympathetic to those who have not had a good experience, I just wanted to show that there is another side to this coin. I made a large lean to for our garden and needed 5 different sizes of waterproof curtains for the sides. I opted for the strip top and bottom with large clear panels in the middle. Ordered them on the 26th August and was delivered on the 2nd. I’m very impressed with the quality and thickness of the material.
