Stated with Groundfloor a little under a year ago, I absolutely love everything about it. With Groundfloor you are essentially the bank, lending money to homebuilders to fix-and-flip/build new homes. Groundfloor offers a large amount projects to choose from, and adds 15+ new loans every week. I’ve had 100 loans repay so far! On average the return is slighly over 10% and the best part about it is I can sleep easily at night. Once you invest in a property, Groundfloor keeps you in the loop by regularly posting status updates on how renovations are going. They also offer information on who the borrower is for a specific project, and their history with repaying Groundfloor loans along with their overall experience. I want to give a big shoutout to their customer support team as well, I can get ahold of Groundfloor support generally in under 5 minutes (or sooner if I call) and they have answered every question I have had to date. I will keep this review updated as my experience working with them continues, but so far I am EXTREMELY satisfied.
